The FTC sent Pre-Paid Legal Services (NYSE: PPD) a draft of a potential lawsuit which they may file over misleading representations in the companies identity theft prevention products.

Pre-Paid Legal Services identity theft products monitors credit reports and helps victims of identity theft restore their credit rating.
Ada, Oklahoma based Pre-Paid Legal Services Harland Stonecipher (CEO) and Mark Brown (CMO) were named as defendants in the FTC draft lawsuit.
